Comment: Still a work in progress – the decor is not great – but the Downtown Ferry Terminal works efficiently at directing the flow of passengers travelling to and from several different destinations. Departures and arrivals are announced on a clear speaker system and displayed on electronic notice board. The human staff are friendly and helpful too.

Comment: Weekly commute between home and the CBD. Clean toilet facilities once inside and the ticket bought. Wooden bench seating while you wait for your ferry

Comment: Was waiting for residents to arrive and needed to use the loo asked if i could use was refused at the ticket gate had to walk around to find one nearby. staff at ferry building not very obliging to help steer me into right direction as they were chatting in there office, they acted like I wasn’t there. Not impressed !
