Comment: 13/12/2023 17.30 ferry to Waiheke: You might think that when your Fullers app isn’t working as designed you would own the problem, instead of telling customers that they must get the next ferry?
Specifically, my phone had a SIM issue. The app offline mode renders the QR code too large for your scanners, apparently..This is your software and your scanners, so why blame the customer?

Comment: We booked a ferry trip to the volcano on Easter Day. The sailing was very punctual and stable, which made me enjoy my virgin outdoor trip in Auckland very much. I slept very comfortably on the boat on the return trip. The ticket price is $53 per person if you reserve in advance.
