Comment: What a waste of my life. Bruce said he would work on my boat motor after I told him what brand it was. I waited over TWO MONTHS without ever being called back and “being on their list”, and now he says he can’t work on it. DO NOT GO HERE! My summer is shot.

Comment: First time bringing my boat to Drydock. I was pleased from the first call when she took the time to understand what I needed and give me an understanding of their process and timeline. I needed to solve a rough starting & running problem. Drydock completed most of the work on the first day. Just had to wait overnight for one part and I got my boat back the next day. Super pleased with the professionalism and quick turnaround.

Comment: We bought our boat from another local dealership/service center. After getting less than desirable service from that outfit, we switched to using Drydock for our warranty and service needs.

Drydock has always been available to address our boating needs. Even as parts became difficult to obtain, they have been able to get things handled in a timely manner and get us back in the game. I wouldn’t trust my boat or sanity with anyone else in town.

Comment: Top notch customer service with these guys from the first phone call. Had an electrical problem with my boat and needed it repaired quickly for a fishing trip. Bruce went out of his way to help me over the phone. Once I decided it was over my head I pulled it down to the shop. Andrea and Bruce were very reassuring and instantly put a sense of urgency on it without being asked. They had my boat running the very next day for a fair price. I can’t thank you enough guys for your exceptional customer service. You have my loyalty!

Comment: I planned a trip out of state and fired my boat for the first time only to find out the water pump was not functioning properly. I dropped my boat off this morning around 8 and they had it fixed by 2 in the afternoon. I was not expecting this quick of a turn around but they made it happen. Top notch service! I have never been disappointed with the services at Dry Dock. Highly recommended!!
