Comment: To the captain and crew… thank you for always being amazing. I have been a passenger for over a decade and every ride is always a pleasure. A situation occured tonight with an unruly rider and you handled it in the most professional way possible. Posting this review with the hope HRT management sees it and gives y’all raises!

Comment: I love using the ferry to bypass my equally costly tunnel commute to Portsmouth from Norfolk. If you time it right, you can watch the sunrise and or sunset, and it is absolutely breathtaking. Sometimes (before COVID), my kids and I will be in outing where we just stay on the ferry. They loved it.
