Comment: Great lake, fun experiences! Our family has a cabin, but I just wanted to review the lake overall- pretty much all weekends are fine & nice. The big problem is Fourth of July. At this time there are tons of uneducated, rude boaters (they don’t understand etiquette or safety) that make water sports & boat driving unsafe. I suggest avoiding this time of year unless absolutely necessary.
A year ago, we were almost hit by a jet-ski (feet away from our speedboat), who was probably an underage driver, cut off by numerous boats, swore at & disrespected.

Comment: Practically live there wet swim there so often! The fish are friendly and the beach clean. The dogs love it out there too. SUNSETS ARE ALWAYS AMAZING. Summer holidays are packed. Don’t go then.
