Comment: We took the ferry from Playa Del Carmen over to Cozumel. The ride was extremely nauseating due to the large swells. We rented a car and drove to San Francisco Beach Club. We had a couple drinks and some nachos. The service was great, food was good and the beach was wonderful. We walked through the market and stopped at Woodys to listen to the singer and have a drink. It was a fantastic way to spend the day.

Comment: There are two ferries which alternate operating on the hour, both to and from Cozumel. Both offer scenic views of the Gulf and coastlines. The yellow, catamaran style ferry offers better, more comfortable, on-deck seating. Both get the job done and the staff are polite and quite safety conscious. This makes for a lovely day trip from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel and back.

Comment: The ferry has been upgraded since my last visit however I missed the music that accompanied us on our last visit. Although the video screens were a nice touch. The staff were very pleasant and the ride was smooth.
Definitely recommend.

Comment: Went to Cozumel rode the ferry from Playa del Carmen. Advise to pay one way ride and pay the trip back on return.
