Comment: It’s easier to park at the ferry terminal and take the Ferry over to the waterfront. We always stop at Evan’s Seafood while there.

Comment: The view of Halifax Harbor was absolutely beautiful! During the walk to get to the ferry terminal, my daughter and I got front row seats to the train driving right beside us: that was an experience she will remember for the rest of her life.

The boat runs smoothly. The terminal is clean and well organized.
Ps. My phone died before I could get pictures of the terminal, boat, or playground.

Comment: Was a nice location but the park was overrun with homeless groups and the feeling was tense as they were starting to get rowdy with one another.
We traveled there with four children and it was nice that the park had games out on the grass to play but while they were playing, two young girls were lying but 10 feet from them contorted at a picnic bench on drugs.
We did not feel safe there and it was quite depressing. I hope these folks find the help they need

Comment: We took the ferry across from Halifax specifically for our grandkids to play at this park. The ferry ride was fun. The playground was worth it. The had unique playground that our grandkids loved. The only drawback was no public restroom for the playground. We had to go back to the ferry terminal for that. Still it was a fun time for them.
