Comment: Had excellent service when we returned to the mainland on Monday. There was still space on the earlier ferry so we were allowed on the end of that making it a very quick process for us to get home. They are very organised here and it is hassle free. The ferry itself was great, plenty of seating indoors and out and good facilities inside. Great views on the way out of Fishbourne too. Would use this service again.

Comment: A small well run ferry terminal. Check in is quick and efficient and it’s easy to know where you need to park. There’s a café, information point and toilets. There’s also 2 coffee machines ( 1 Costa and one Isle of Wight coffee company)

Comment: It feels very safe and the captains seem extremely competent at their sailing.
The huge downfall for me here is the price, I paid around £100 for a return trip to IoW off Gunwharf with my girlfriend and the car. It feels like a rip off at around a 6mile crossing and as it’s one of very few operators, I feel they’re capitalising on the market.
Please please adjust your prices to suit, I don’t think I’ve ever paid this much to cross the water.
Other than that, it’s relatively clean and the coffee is nice.

Comment: I have travelled with Wightlink dozens of times now. In all my experiences they have always been highly organised, helpful and friendly. I have only had 2 ferries late and both times due to the harbour being closed for the Royal Navy out of Wightlinks control. I have sailed with the opposition but found the ferry terminals harder to get to and a more stressful experience somehow.
