Comment: I own over 140 feet of Floe roll in dock and loved until I had a weld issue and a weld failed. Floe responded quickly with nothing more than I broke it and would not consider this a warranty issue. Very disappointed Floe did not stand behind their warranty and product. No more Floe at my lakeshore.

Comment: Blake and the team @ Twin Cities Docks & Lifts have been outstanding. From the point of sale to post-installation servicing, we’ve experienced some of the best customer service ever. We’re adding a pontoon to the watercraft arsenal next year which will require addition to our existing dock and a new lift…we wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Thanks again, and we’ll see you next year!

Comment: I purchased my Floe Dock from Simcoe Shores Docks and Lifts in Georgina Ontario Canada and right from the beginning there were issues;
1- the dock arrived scratched and never repaired as a 1 oz bottle of touch up paint costs $80
2- the stairs allowing my wife who has a disability, to go into the water kept coming apart
3- I was told they had ordered a custom bracket – never happened
4- After the 4th time the stairs came apart they sent an installer and he made a custom bracket on site
5- By the time it was repaired properly my dock and stairs were damaged and Simcoe Shores Docks and Lifts and Floe International refused to rectify nor take any responsibility, which I found out later that the Floe Dock rep and owner of Simcoe Shores Docks and Lifts are buddies

Comment: After talking with neighbors and checking out different brands in our area, we bought our Floe dock in 2021 with confidence. The Floe dock is super high quality, that is unmistakable when you are walking on it — it is so solid. The wheel kits make it easy to put in the water. In 2022, we added a Floe pontoon lift knowing it was the best on the market. Our distributor, Dan at Oars’n’Mines, was super fantastic and patient with us. The thing that really stands out on the lift is the canopy, it is solidly attached that in storms so there is no worry of it coming off, and it is deeper than most canopies, so the boat is well protected from sun and rain. For anyone living on a lake, Floe products are well worth the investment. We are very pleased with our Floe products, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dock or lift.

Comment: This past Spring we purchased our first Floe dock from St. Croix Docks in western Wisconsin. Since they did the original installation, I was curious if I’d have any issues taking it out in the Fall. I must say, I was amazed at how easy it was. It took only two of us less than 30min from start to finish!! Being an engineer, I knew the Floe docks were well designed and were rock solid but I never expected it to be THIS EASY. I can’t wait until next spring when we can enjoy it again.
We will definitely be purchasing additional items from Floe in the future!
