Comment: Terminal good set up….but we were unlucky with not so friendly customer service the time reservation 45 minutes before which we made but we were told I was lying and was late so was on us due to long line out front we were treated poorly at registration due to it and put to the back of lines when people paying after us were put on ferry first so heads up Arrive way before 45 minutes with this terminal even when booked way in advance when Pre-Register and paid but happy we got squeezed on thou ….ferry great awesome working staff… very clean and great food…thank you

Comment: We made reservations for our crossing to Blacks Harbour NB, online , so stopped just briefly and the workers were very friendly and accommodating when we found out our reservations had not been completed properly on-line. Thanks Coastal Transport workers.

Comment: Coastal Transport manages these ships well. The website is updated real time with any delays or cancellations. Ferries depart and arrive on time, as scheduled. I sailed on the Grand Manan V for both crossings. The ship was super clean and the cafeteria on board serves up some tasty snacks if your hungry. All the staff I encountered were friendly and polite.
