Comment: The folks who have taken it upon themselves to preserve, maintain, and operate the last poled and current-driven ferry in the US, are doing a fantastic job. Visit them if you can, donations are accepted above the $5 fee. Our ferryman was very knowledgeable.

Comment: So the long trek down the steep dirt/gravel road was fun and exciting on our motorcycles! Less fun going back up since the ferry wasn’t running! Please advertise you’re closed. We came a long way for nothing!
