Comment: You cannot rely on this ferry. We spoke to someone camping there and they told us to just wait at the ramp and if the guy sees you he will come and pick you up. Well we waited 35 minutes and he never came. We called the telephone number twice and left messages. There should be some signage that explains the hours and days that the ferry is available. Perhaps the hours could be explained on the telephone message. Anything beats this.

Comment: Would’ve loved to used this service today, however no one was working the ferry. I was 8 miles from my destination at the ferry ramp. My detour was an extra 45 minute drive. If you are going to operate a ferry service you need to do your job.

Comment: I guess it was perfect timing but we did not have to wait for the ferry in either direction. We did hear it does not operating every day so call ahead.

Comment: It’s never open you can’t rely on it I have some jobs I want to go do on the other side but I won’t take them because I can’t count on the ferry and it takes me 2 hours to drive over there.

Comment: Always fun to take a trip on the ferry . I would recommend if you have never went up to ride it to go try it out .
