Comment: This is a dated hotel with wornout rooms in desperate need of a makeover. Nothing really bad, but nothing bad enough to get that let down feeling when you walk into the room. The aircon also pretty much doesn’t work. I’d hate to be there in summer. It is also close to nothing interesting. Breakfast was really ordinary too. It was inexpensive, but I wont be staying there again.

Comment: Breakfast was great. The room was alright, but there were bugs in the rooms. We stayed there 2 weeks and it happened to 3 different rooms. ( we changed 3 times) We were tried of changing rooms after the 3rd time.

Comment: Excellent location in Tsingtao, literally right beside the Carrefour which has a huge amount of shopping and is convenient as beside it, across the street there’s 3 other malls, Inzone, M(all) and one other mall I didn’t visit. Along the street down there’s an Aeon which has even more shopping and a wide variety of goods and food. Hotel itself has great staff and extremely helpful; I had a heating issue with the central heater during winter causing my room to be way too hot and uncomfortable. Made a call to front desk and they immediately sent someone up to open the locked Windows and resolve the problem for us. Also they gave us a fruitbowl just got it, so service is impeccable.

Comment: Very clean, staff very friendly. Indoor swimming pool and gym means you can still exercise in winter. Very close to the sea, 10 mins walking, Carrefour just around the corner. Perfect location.

Housekeeper was doing great job.

Breakfast buffet was also amazing, every morning menus are changing.
