Comment: Smooth process getting on the ferry both ways. Travelled club class which was well worth the money. Disabled friendly lifts and tables but the very heavy toilet doors were a bit of an issue for someone on a mobility scooter. A smooth crossing. Everything well sign posted, food, drinks etc very nice.

Comment: Pretty organized here getting to the UK. English from the staff is a bit hard to understand so you may have to resort to sign language.

Comment: Spacious and clean ferry service with clean toilets, restaurants, game centre, casino, play area for the children, lift to the upper deck, sleeping cabin and so many other facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. Right before my eyes, a lady in wheelchair was given a free cabin for the night…kudos.
Better to book ahead if you want to travel though travel tickets can be purchased on site. If you travel with pets, make sure you inform the customs. This ferry has 11 decks and we parked the car on deck 7. Book Premium if you want the whole package of free meal and all the pecks. This is a better alternative to air travel if you’re not in a hurry and you’re carrying a huge luggage. Easy access.
