Comment: We had so much fun. Rent a golf cart. You can walk up and down that street where you get out of the ferry station to find pricing a LITTLE cheaper in a location than from the guys selling it to you on the street.
It’s such a nice ride. You can stop at shops, bars, restaurants, the beach.
They have an awesome restaurant bar with swings.
The shopping prices in the markets are expensive. We found cheaper pricing and better haggling at Mercado28.
But it was nice to shop around and we were able to get a good deal when buying several items from one shop.
Beautiful scenery and atmosphere.
We took the dancer cruise that stopped at the island. Check out my review on that. It was SO much fun!!!

Comment: The ride over is pleasant on the ferry. It’s worth the day trip. I don’t think I would spend more than 2 days there though. Beaches are spectacular. Plenty of shopping and stores, decent prices. Lots of jewelry, souvenirs, clothing items, tequilas. Lots of seafood restaurants
You can rent a gold cart to drive around and head to South point to the lighthouse. Swimming here is not recommended too many rocka. Great for pictures. Best beach is North Beach, sugar like sand, crystal clear water… beautiful.

Comment: Absolutely beautiful island and definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for a authentic Mexican experience. Very safe experience and one full of wonderful things to see. Keep in mind this is an authentic experience so there is a lot of traffic and there are a lot of shops but aside from that the turtle sanctuary is a must see and the beaches are beautiful!

Comment: I loved the rich history of the island. The first place the sun touches in Mexico. It’s a beautiful place. The ferry ride over from Cancun was breathtaking
