Comment: A bit on the expensive side, to take your car across, but where can you buy a yacht for under $400? 2.5 hours of fun, though the food offerings are limited. Smooth ride and nice staff. Milwaukee to Muskegon. Muskegon Harbor is cool with some surprises going in.

Comment: Great “short cut” from WI to MI (and back) – didn’t need to drive round Chicago! They are great on getting everyone checked in, lined up, coordinating vehicles. Comfortable seating for the standard ticket. Things to note… passengers board separately from driver (it’s no big deal), you can’t go back to your vehicle once it is boarded and driver is up in the main cabin (grab what you need and have the passenger bring it onboard with them), internet is extra and there isn’t regular service when you are out on the lake, no tvs or entertainment provided (on the displays are commercials of trips and one screen that has the map of where your are at in your journey). So bring things to do, or download movies to your device. I didn’t see any outlets, so make sure you are fully charged before your board. Wasn’t that big of deal for us, but if you are with a family, you may want to be prepared. Also, it does get cold (we traveled in June), bring a jacket or sweatshirt. The staff are very nice – even giving “high five’s” to the kiddo’s for when they were boarding.
Definitely recommend! I would travel with them again!!

Comment: Fantastic way to travel between WI and MI. Well organized and secure. They know what they are doing!!
They waves were 3-5′, and precautions were made. (Plenty of warnings, Vomit bags, dramamine, etc) I did not find it overly rocky, tho.
We purchased the Premier package, and we enjoyed our accommodations. If there’s one thing to note, if you purchase food/beverage, bring cash because tipping is not accepted with a credit card. (Sorry for the loose change tip.)

Comment: Fast and organized boarding and offboarding for both passengers and vehicles. The travel across the lake was very smooth. Comfortable seating, clean restrooms and a decent menu. A great way to bypass Chicago! I definitely will use this service again.

Comment: We use this transportation quite frequently. Makes it way easier to get over to Michigan minus all the traffic. The views are beautiful as well.
