Comment: This was our first time taking the ferry, it was such an amazing experience. The kids enjoyed themselves and it made our drive so much more enjoyable. There is plenty of seating inside or outside on the top deck. The staff is great and efficient everything went so smoothly. We already booked our next roadtrip in August.

Comment: I was there on my birthday for my very first ferrie ride with my family. My mom is handicap with very limited mobility due to needing a hip replacement and uses a walker. I asked about handicap when paying for our tickets to which we weren’t given any instructions. While parked in the lane we were directed to I had the placard hanging on my rear view mirror. Wasn’t seen. Loading on the boat I was parking where I could get my mom out and the lady made me pull to the right next to the ship wall and I pointed to the placard which was ignored and made this difficult to let my mom out of the car. Then to find out that they do not have an elevator from the parking deck to the upper deck so my mom had to miss out on the whole trip! Not happy about that. We then found out that had they known my mom could have use the passenger only walkway to the deck before boarding. Not my fault that I was completely ignored when bringing up handicap. So if you have mobility issues and want to enjoy the trip then make sure they know that and acknowledge it! Don’t assume they will see the placard and provide instructions! With that being said it was a great ride on a beautiful day with light waves. They had plenty of seating inside and outside on the decks. They have a bar on the top deck if your into that. Gift shop on the upper deck with food and drink. Worth the experience and great views of the water!

Comment: Very easy to navigate. Clean and helpful friendly staff. There is a bathroom, coffee shop and food at the terminal w AC. Nice patio sitting area. I see other people w dogs so it must be dog friendly I would suggest checking website for details.

Comment: Very nice, well operated, fun to go on. Bar makes great cocktails . Better to book in advance and if you want to change, call- ladies are very friendly and helpful. They will modify as they can.

Comment: Loved my experience here. Got a good coffee before taking off, couldn’t t ask for much else. Staff also saved me by giving me a charger to get some extra juice for my drive back.
