Comment: these days ferry services seems reduced frequency , ferries getting very full and uncomfortable , hygiene and cleaning definetely below standard , very smelly the seats , the free on board wifi is a nice gesture but useless so slow i switched it off can’t even use google map or even try to stream a movie they might as well just switch it off. Ticket scalping still going on as ever and their so called super class is super expensive for hardly any better comfort , maybe time to switch to the new HK Macau Zuhai. is service and fieber about this Ferry which used to be a monopoly and never evolved providing first class experience to its loyal clients . hope they go bust

Comment: Quite quiet in the ferry terminal. Facilities are very well maintained.
From the port, you can take free shuttle buses by the casinos. Go out from the ferry terminal, cross the underpass, then you’ll find a sort of bus terminal where all the casino buses stop. You just need to make sure your destination is near the vicinity of the casino.
If you want to go to old town, Senado Square, the closest is probably Grand Lisboa / Lisboa Casino (the dark green bus)
Buses are quite often, so not too worry.
Ferry back to Hong Kong runs every hour until midnight

Comment: I have had the opportunity to visit the Macau Outer Harbour twice, once before the COVID-19 pandemic and another time during my recent visit in 2023. Sadly, during my last visit, I noticed a significant decrease in the number of people compared to before the pandemic. However, despite the lower footfall, the harbour still retains its charm and beauty. Upon arriving in Macau, I found it convenient to purchase the Macau Pass at a convenience store on the first level. The pass, priced at around 130 MOP inclusive of a deposit, proved to be a useful tool for getting around the city. The availability of buses right in front of the harbour made transportation easy and accessible. In terms of amenities, there are several food stalls, including McDonald’s, and souvenir shops in the area. The immigration staff at the harbour were friendly and helpful
I purchase the ticket online directly in turbojet website, currently they offer buy 1 get 1 ticket ( free return ticket to hk) which is a good deal. you can just order the schedule for later time, eventhough during the day you decided to take an earlier schedule you still can use ur ticket as long as there are available sit left on an earlier schedule, which is there are most of the time.

Comment: Holiday Inn Macau has complimentary small bus that runs every 30 minutes from 8:30am to 10pm. No bus bay. Just ask attendant where to board bus.
