Comment: Boats were clean and staff were friendly. Good parking options too. However, 2 boats were out of service which lead to significant delays. I was pretty disappointed by how little effort was put into letting customers know what was going on or providing any kind of updates. If you wanted to know what was going on you had to depend on rumors making their way through the long waiting lines. Setting up one person to manage the line and let people know when the next boat was coming etc would have done a lot, frankly it seemed like they just didn’t care.

Comment: very punctual, free parking, drinks available for purchase on board, 40-45 minute ride, last ferry leaves Mackinac Island at 10:30pm

Comment: I don’t recommend this ferry company. We paid for 4 fast passes and received no refund when we found out all the jet boats were broke and our travel time would be doubled. We bought 2 packs of M&Ms for the kids that were approximately $4 each and they were wet/stuck together. The ladies at the souvenir shop were rude.

Comment: I guess most affordable tickets are provided by this ferry company. And no one can do anything about the flies.
