Comment: Absolutely delightful. I did the sunset tour and loved going under the bridge, seeing cars go over, and hearing the history of the bridge and the island. On line reservations were easy, staff friendly and courteous. As I walked into the office, at boarding time, I found they were calling me to make sure I didn’t miss the boat. (I didn’t know I was supposed to get my hand stamped due to not reading my email.) One doesn’t hear of customer service like that any more. Beverage prices were less expensive than I anticipated. The kids on the boat loved the trip, too.

Comment: Fun experience for kids. Free parking lot is on another side of entrance, 2 mins of walking. Do not sit on front sit unless you want LOT of wind. Restrooms close to the ferry line.

Comment: First time on a ferry and we had a blast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices are not bad. I recommend sitting on the top deck.

Comment: Jul 21 2024. Information on web site is incorrect. Schedule has a boat every 30 min, we were just told it is every hour. Really? Summer time, noon, tons of people waiting. And they simply do not care. Guys at the end of the line will wait 2 hours if no better service is provided. We’ve been inline 50 min and no bot in-sight. Besides fast pass is regular pass. Want to move faster, then is priority boarding. Using misleading language.

Comment: Took Starline ferry to Mackinac Island. We bought our tickets in advance online using the family pass options to save $5 over shepler’s. Beautiful ride
