Comment: We spent 4 days in March 2019 in Malaga city. It has been a very pleasant experience. The weather was beautiful. The city is full of museums. My favorites are Picasso Museum, City Museum and Centre Pompidou. The people were friendly, good music and food, with reasonable prices. Orange trees were about to blossom, and everywhere we could smell it.
Poosibly spring is the best time to visit, not too hot, not crowded.
