Comment: A true piece of American history! Menor traveled the Snake River from Ohio to Montana and eventually settled here, which today is preserved wonderfully as a Historic Landmark. Comment: a very cool well preserved walk back into time. while we were there volunteers were dressed in period appropriate attire and showing us how folks back in the day performed various tasks. we loved how you can actually walk though the buildings and get a feel for the space people lived in. the walking area is a flat dirt path. it is family friendly and with the tetons serving as a backdrop and the snake river moving along to provide tranquil background noise, this is a very cool spot.
