Comment: The best musuem of this kind, about death, skulls, corpses, graves, momias, ghosts, vampires, killers, tortures. They have bones and skulls, so much art displays, pictures, sculptures, ceramic, masks, figurines real size and miniature, interactive. I didn’t expect that I could spend 2 hours wandering there. Besides it’s a very Antigua building. It’s a gem, must visit.

Comment: This museum is like Dr. Who’s TARDIS, much bigger inside than it looks on the outside. There are many sections with tons of fascinating artifacts and artwork. Just when you think you’ve seen everything, you find more galleries. My favorite was the pre-Colombian room, wish they had more of those ancient artifacts actually.

Comment: Very cool museum if you like skulls and skeletons. All in Spanish, but still worth it if you don’t understand (or just use a translator app). Recommended if you are visiting Aguascalientes.

Comment: A necessary visit to understand the relationship of Mexicans with Death. Numerous objects collected from different time. Some panels explaining what were/are the beliefs about Death. Some analysis of the treatment of Deaths in newspapers.

You will see many skulls and many representations of the Death. It did relax my view on the matter.
