Comment: This ferry service is exceptional, and it runs like a Swiss clock. We traveled to Pelee Island from Kingsville ON for a day trip while on fall break. The timeliness is phenomenal; everything happened exactly when it was supposed to. The staff, from check-in personnel to ticket takers to loading directors to onboard crew to cafeteria attendants were friendly and helpful. The ship is clean, comfortable and excellently signed. We were on ship during beautiful weather, so I can’t comment on days when there are stumbling blocks, but I imagine they are always professional. The cafeteria has nice offerings, and a pleasant eating area. There is a wide variety of seating options, and a dedicated area for people with pets. The hardest part of the entire experience was the online ticket purchasing, but the experience and the fair price definitely makes up for it. Be on time, follow the rules, and you will have a great experience.

Comment: The ferry trip was pleasant and we were able to bring our pup on board without any issues (top deck outdoors only). The staff on the vehicle deck were very helpful while guiding us when boarding and disembarking with our bicycles and they were chatting with us and having a great time. I forgot my keys at the tavern across the road and they let me take my bike off and retrieve my keys and reboard within a few minutes with no issues and I am very grateful. Had a lovely time visiting the island through the ferry service and very grateful for the staff on board.

Comment: Overall our experience was awesome.Our trip from Leamington only took 90 minutes.The Pelee Islander accommodates over 380 people and we had great views from the ferry.We brought our car with us and to onboard was very quick.Highly recommend this trip to my family and friends.

Comment: Good service! Quite enough indoor as well as outdoor seats to make the 1hr30 mins trips worth it. Cafeteria has quite limited options but good washrooms and drinking water fountain. The cruise is clean and staffs are helpful.

Comment: We made reservation and arrived half hour before our time. They do have a policy of 1 hour arrival in advance. They could not let us in due to an emergency on Pelee island and th3y had to board 2 hydro trucks. Due to which they could not let us board.
They try to accommodate people as much as possible. However, our experience was not good.
They did put us into standby but we were not going to be able to get on until 4 hours later. We requested them to cancel our reservation and refund us. They would not accommodate us at all.
Very bad experience and will never reserve with them again.
