Comment: Used the service already 4 times (van/car)- Liverpool-Dublin – everybody beginning from passport check people, through loading personnel, check-in crew and kitchen staff was very nice – it is really a pleasure to travel with P&O. You feel really like a guest here. Staff is helpful. Loading fast and uncomplicated. Food is included in the price and there is a lot of it, you wont be hungry. English breakfast in the morning, then soup for the lunch and in the afternoon next feeding time 🙂 you can book a cabin in the day additionally for around 22-27GBP. I can only recommend.

As always with P&O, check in, boarding and customer service were all fantastic. We departed on time, and arrived early – something Stena Line seem incapable of doing. As such, we always go with P&O
Food onboard was included in the competitively priced ticket cost, and was the usual high standard on P&O Irish Sea
The ship itself is aimed moreso at the freight market. For £20 or £30 we got a cabin with a porthole, which made the relatively long crossing go a lot quicker.
The ship was clean onboard.
Only negative was we were told duty free limits were per VEHICLE, rather than per PERSON. This meant we were only able to get 4Litres of spirits, rather than four litres each. Which was a bit annoying! Not sure if the staff member was misinformed or this is P&O policy? Either way It’s not “the law” and P&O are losing out on revenue by enforcing this.

Comment: The Liverpool to Dublin was a great find. Longer crossing, but more convenient and lower cost than others, and food included in the price! Cabin was also worth the small extra amount.

Comment: I took a ferry from Dublin to Liverpool yesterday morning. I loved my experience at p&o. Everything was perfect. Cabin was nice and clean. Had a really nice shower with hot water available. Breakfast and dinner was delicious too. The staff were kind and helpful. If you get p&o, make sure to book a cabin as the journey is long so make the most of the shower and other areas. I had a good sleep in the cabin as luckily I got the cabin all to myself. Overall my experience was great as p&o made travelling least stressful for me. Thank you very much.
