Comment: The view of Strangford Lough,on any day,gives this Ferry Terminal a life of it’s own by showing off the outstanding natural beauty of Portaferry and Strangford. Although a lot of maintenence is required,ie,
the dreaded potholes leading to the ferry itself,the overspill of the lower car park with seaweed,the undermaintained fencing,lack of litter bins,poor lighting,the unsafe exit point from the terminal onto the main Lough (Walter)Shore Rd.,etc etc..the Ferry Terminal opens up a vast area of natural wildlife and beauty.

Comment: Went as foot passengers, very reasonable price and easy to pay on board. Crossing smooth and got to see dolphin on way across as added bonus

Comment: Went on as foot passengers, dolphins made an appearance had a realy close up view as they came right up to the ferry then they played in the bow wave all the way across
