It was clean efficient and very well organised. The cabin was a 4 bed, there were 2 of us, way too small, utilitarian, lacks the comfort of the older ferry. Staff very friendly, the kennels lack an outdoor walking facility. Very clean.
The cabin had Netflix which was wonderful. Just don’t understand why they made the cabins do tight. We spent a lot of money but felt like we were in a discount ferry. The designers should be berated for trying to pack people in like sardines. People like a bit of comfort on
a long journey and a bit of space.A return trip for the two of us was just short of a 1000 euro. Irish Ferries need to up their ante. The worst part was I discovered within hours that I had left a pair of relatively new silver
wedge shoes on board, phoned lost property, phoned Irish Ferries, gave them cabin number everything but they said nothing was found, the cleaning staff were directly outside cabin when we left. Had to order a new pair, as brilliant for walking in town and look glamorous, only another 140 euro, I was sick as that should never have happened. I didn’t like the way they
treated me either.
