Comment: This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and the price is unbeatable! The room already has everything I could have asked for. The service is amazing! They gave me a glass of sparkling wine while I was checking in! Carried my bags to my room and showed me every bit of it too. And the location is amazing. Right on the edge of a beautiful park, museums, restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Because of my stay here, I will exclusively be staying in Quinta Real hotels every time I come to Mexico. There’s one in every major city! I’ll say again because I can’t stress this enough, this hotel is amazing!

Comment: We loved our two nights in a suite here. Very quiet at night with excellent beds and bedding. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the service is first class. Our server this morning was Octavio and he could not have been more kind. One thing I recommend is that the restaurant should play music rather than television through it’s speakers. It would add to the atmosphere greatly.

Comment: Hotel has not been updated in more than a few years. The room had paint chipped all over, the curtains were ragged, the carpet was stained and filthy, the towels were frayed, the tub was peeling all over.
The first day I stayed there, there was no system to issue a key card (had to be escorted by bell boy), the next morning I found out there was no hot water, so had to shower with cold water. That same day I noticed that the phone was not working, so it was impossible to request room service. At night I couldn’t turn on or of the bedside lamp, the only option was to connect and disconnect it. I really expected much more from what should be a 4 star hotel, belonging to the prestigious Camino Real group. Never again!

Comment: It was good for 7 years until today 7/1/2022 17:10 hrs when I have been told I cannot take pictures inside the hotel unless I pay a fee and and sign a paper.
Then why should I pay for a suite for a week when I cannot use the installations.
Front desk and security were so disrespectful with my family and myself (wife and kids)

Comment: Very nice building with antique architecture. The staff is very friendly and willing to provide the best service. They cooked me something that was not in the menu. The food has a very good taste. The rooms are spacious and the bed is great. Very close to the Nissan plants and downtown fair’s area
