Comment: We took are bikes we camped at Stafford Camp site #3 a short walk to the ocean. Great shell hunting on low tide. We biked to Wilow Pond Trail hiked the 2 miles to the ocean. There was not anyone else on the beach. Even if there was. The beach is so big and with low tide you can walk out 1/4 mile to the water. The staff and volunteers plus the boating crew were super nice and helpful. We saw plenty of wild life armadillo, horses, deer, turkey, fish, wild boar a lot of birds A great place to go.

Comment: Comfie shoes are a must. Bring lots of water or refillable water bottles. We saw so much wildlife at the ruins: deer, turkey, tons of horses and a gator at the duck pond. Wish they had bike rentals on the island 😉
