Comment: This was our second ferry trip to The Great Barrier Island. We arrived at 6.30am for our check-in. There was a lady worker who helped us as we walked in (walking passengers). Checking in was a breeze. There was a trolley to transport our luggage to the storage box which was later loaded in the ferry. Once, we checked in, we got into the Sealink Ferry. Everything went well. There were 12 of us travelling and boarding went very well. On my way back, we spotted the dolphins swimming in front of our ferry. The weather was great too. I feel sorry for the wheelchair passengers. It is not a friendly built ferry for special needs passengers.

Comment: We travelled from Auckland to Waiheke Island return in November. Qantas actually lost my suitcase so we had to make adjustments to our booking and then ask sealink to mind my bag until our return to Auckland. Nothing was too much trouble, all staff were friendly and obliging. We will definitely recommend Sealink. Thank you

Comment: Fantastic ferry service with staff who go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. We suffered a bit of sea sickness on the way over and the kindness they showed was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!
