Comment: Hazardous freight only ferry – Somerset – .Excellent service, clean rooms and super food. Breakfast and dinner (choice of around 5 meals). Friendly and efficient staff – ship and check-in.

I disgusting person was not able to read her own language and made me travel 3 times to Rotterdam and showing her she is wrong. I suggest everyone to take action and report these incidents

Comment: As always , super service from P and O . If you phone up you get super human conversation and excellent help to ammend booking etc. Very well organised and rooms on board even the basic are super clean . We travelled several times recently having family members in Netherlands and were extremely impressed. We won’t fly again now . We have used footpassenger service , car and push bikes and all have been superb experience. Even on board there is enough to satisfy most people from choices in restaurants/ cafes and entertainment. Well done P and O . The staff are extremely professional and most appear to have come from jobs in cruse industry so super skilled I their jobs .

Comment: Nice trip. Used the club lounge and bought 7 hours of WiFi – a productive day and a good crossing. Good 3-course lunch too. Highly recommended.
