Comment: Overall, a great terminal! We took the ferry on foot and had a one-day trip to Karlskrona. Upon arrival, the check-in process went smoothly through the gates, which was seamless. It’s very convenient that there are luggage lockers so you don’t have to carry your bags around. Additionally, there’s a bus ticket machine where you can easily purchase tickets, and there are also restrooms. The terminal is located right across from the bus stop. Upon departure, we could retrieve our luggage, which was also very easy, and go through the gates to the waiting area before boarding. Everything went very smoothly. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Every service is excellent from cabin to restaurant ,

Comment: Stena Estelle Ferry we’ve took in Karlskrona is a brand new ferry without trembling or shaking, absence of vibrating metal sounds. Clean areas, hygienic toilets. Efficient timing of boarding and onboarding. Helpful personnel both in the terminal and onboard of the ferry. Ferry has : 3 restaurants (2 for the passenger and one for truck drivers) , coffee shop and 1 Skybar, hygge lounge , movie theater, playroom for kids, gaming machines and arcade room. Prices are moderate. The fee for the 8m camper van and two people 949 PLN ( without the cabin). One minus for us was the 20 minutes waiting in the restaurant to place an order( because of the register system failure) , which later have been reimbursed to us via a great service by the restaurant personnel and delicious deserts and coffee on the house, special gratitude to Pani Kasia.

Comment: Perfect ship traffic entry control and parking guidance onto really stotlessly clean vehicle levels. And the same very high grade service on passenger levels could not be more impressive. And my wife and i have not seen toilet cleanliness and hygiene standards as good in 5 star international hotels. Going to bed now and hope to add photos in the morning.

Comment: Very nice journey. Top level experience with friendly and helpful staff, lots of entertainment onboard including several caffees, bars, video arcade machines, and much more. Spacious cozy cabins. Overall relaxing and pleasant experience. The only minor downside is it’s a bit tricky to get to bus to town center in Gdynia.
