Comment: A civilized way to cross over to Europe. Especially on the overnight ferry 11pm arriving 8am in Netherlands. Basic cabins are wonderful. Hot shower with firehose water pressure. Excellent food and drink options on board just both at start of journey and before arrival. Just be ready for the LOUD wake-up over the loudspeaker at 06:30 to call you to breakfast. I advise an alarm about 06:15 if you like to wake up slowly. All told the best crossing to Europe and it isn’t close.

Comment: Ferry used for going to the Netherlands . Very good service. Rooms are neat and tidy. Duty-free shops and restaurants are available. As the UK is out of the EU, we can bring 4 litre of spirits to the UK.. We travelled in the car. Parked the car in the lower level of the ship, and we went to rooms. Cabin keys were delivered when we checked in at the gate.

Comment: An easy and relatively cost effective way of getting from the UK to the Netherlands.
Harwich is easy to get to and within 4 hours of the Midlands.
Easy to board and park we travelled both ways on Britannica.
Deck 9 appears to have been. Recently refurbished, with modern and clean facilities.
The cabins on decks & 11 could do with better cleaning and some updating. But overall the experience was good. Day ferry out (with outdoor cabin) and returned overnight with two indoor cabins. Food and facilities onboard were pretty good, the staff seemed extremely busy but friendly and efficient.
If travelling on a night crossing expect to be woken just after 4am by automated announcement for breakfast for the truck drivers although as car drivers realistically you don’t need to wake up until 6am.
Decent onboard WiFi which is free or can be upgraded fora faster connection.
Our cabin bathrooms although well equipped and clean stunk of sewage, don’t know if there was a plumbing issue whilst we were onboard or if that’s normal.
Other than a few things not perfect, it’s an adventure and a really good way of getting out and exploring Holland.

Comment: Great way to make a few hours break during journey to and from UK kids can have a sleep before the next day in the cabin we really enjoy using Stena Line
Rooms are cozy and clean. Nice toilet and shower. Friendly and helpful customer service. Great cafe shops and restaurant.
Nice play room for little ones. Cinema on the board. Comfy waiting areas with tv.
