Comment: Place is great but personal is slow and confused, we were waiting for bus and ask 2 staff members about and get answer that is 10min late.
After 20 min our connection was not able to be seen at infoscreen. We asked again and get answer don’t worry it is late, after 30 min waiting we asked again and they just give us new ticket for bus one hour later without explanation. The new bus was also not written on infoscreen, we asked again and they tell us angry to board now.
Ado buses and drivers are really nice!!

Comment: This is one of the least organised ADO terminals that we have experienced in this trip in Mexico.
It seems to have a counter for forigners, but it didn’t work for us. We ended up to waiting more than 30 minutes when it was not supposed to be the busiest time.
