Comment: Honestly, the station itself is completely fine and easy to navigate, and bus/station staff are nice. HOWEVER, if you plan on buying anything to eat or drink here – DON’T. Every single convenience store kiosk was shut down when I arrived just after 1pm and was still “paused” when I got on my bus at 3pm, so there was nowhere to buy water or snacks. For some reason they think this is a good time to close all the registers to run receipts??? The Burger King staff are all harried and my order somehow got lost in the shuffle and I ended up with no food (just two bottles of water) after waiting half an hour. Save yourself grief and just get something from Doggi’s next door – it’s not amazing but at least they give you the food you paid for and quickly, too.

Comment: Paid toilets really? People travelling on your busses need to go to the toilet as well. Why do we have to pay if you don’t bother to maintain them anyways? Change this, stop being greedy

Comment: So recommendable!! The restaurant has 2 rooms to private meeting. Delicious “tortas”… Nice public and clean areas and different local stores. There are a “mercado in front” with more common and regular stores.

Comment: A modern bus station like you will never see in the U.S. Direct connection to Benito Juarez Airport in Mexico City.
