Comment: The port of Rostock acting as the transit between Germany and Denmark, is one experience worth living. The thrilling ferry ride through the Baltic sea is something one should definitely go on in a lifetime. The waiting time is a little long at the port though. But definitely recommend.

Comment: I used the ferry to travel to Copenhagen with my car in a two-hour-journey. The whole experience was very nice, smooth and not complicated. I ate breakfast there and was good. The restaurant has a beautiful view in the front of the ship. The staff was friendly.

Comment: As a couple we used the ferry for the first time. The signs were pretty helpful and clear and it was very easy to find the self-check-in. The check-in itself was also very easy. We arrived there early so we had to wait a little bit but that was fine. Once the ship arrived, loading the ferry didn’t take long. We had a good experience!

Comment: What to write about the ferry? Normal port. Good navigation from the highway, good communication with the ticket seller, quiet ferry ride. Interesting feature is the rotating cylinder on the ferry which uses crosswinds to recover energy to power the boat.
