Comment: Leaving aside the fact that there were people sleeping on the floor everywhere, the cabin was filthy (not dirty), sheets and bathroom with crumbs and hair: I sanitized and the sponge was brown and after reporting the situation they wanted to assign us an equally dirty cabin and smaller, we stay in the same one (I didn’t want to clean up again), it takes 30 minutes and the sink and toilet clog up, I won’t say what went up but I swear I thought I was going to die of disgust. Assigned another cabin and this last one also fought well but distraught I didn’t say anything further: service not terrible but worse! Total disgust for a highly paid service! Shame on you!

Comment: I’m sorry but every day that passes, the little bit of transport we have gets worse and worse the cleaning is very superficial bathroom in the room always blocked either at departure or else during navigation I think those who are on the Covid ships travel better and not those who pay, and then I’m sorry to see animals on a leash in the corridors or in the cabins because I think it’s not a livestock ship or is it? Tirrenia, commit yourself, you can do better.

Comment: Always reliable, friendly staff and customer service. Clean ship with several meeting points and a wide choice of restaurants and bars. Well organized ferry with outdoor spaces that allow you to diversify the crossing. Good value for money compared to the alternative on the Naples-Palermo route
