Comment: We had to wait two hours on the platform because they wouldn’t take a group (15) at 2pm (???) because « people coming from work cannot take the bus » but we were also working all day in the sun… What a disrespectful way to treat people that are ALSO working. Btw the boat was empty…

Comment: One of the best services in Antwerp. Most of times on time and it’s cost effective. A leisure or a work trip, everything is fine. The best part is that you can get one all day long in every half an hour. You should try it once if you are in Antwerp. The views of the river are amazing .

Very friendly customer care service on the line..
I had the experience with them since 2017. Their service is getting better every time.
Today the management came down from office to the deck in rain to get us on boarded on time.

Comment: First time travelling with my wife to Belgium Antwerp. We wanted to just chill out and we seen this boat ride were it takes you to places you can explore the place and return back on the next boat it’s like a bus stop.

Comment: Wow, what a great experience. Return ticket to Lillo was only €4 and the trip was great. I would highly recommend this boat trip to anyone with the time. The gentleman at the ticket office was especially kind and helpful.
