Comment: Because of rain we were all on the 1st deck. Rather scary because of that. Made it ok. Returning we had a larger boat. Crew was fine. Just use to having information as to where life jackets are.

Comment: I do not recommend at all this service and personal I boycott any kind of arrogance and rude behaviour. The staff was very impolite , unfriendly and I heard them treating bad one old lady who asked a simple information. The ticket was so expensive so we have decided to go by bus . If you are travelling around Italy ask to people from Rome , Florence or Venice what they think about Ligurian people . 100% nobody likes them .

Comment: Tickets are only 8 euros (one way), which is a reasonable price for such a beautiful boat ride down the coast. There’s a bus between San Margherita and Portofino that comes every 15-ish minutes if you only want to take the ferry one way (2 eur/ticket for the bus).
The ferry staff can be rude & short tempered, but they do deal with confused tourists all day, so fair enough!

Comment: Always late so make your schedules accordingly. Rudeness a standard with rather high prices. They sell tickets but that’s not guaranteed you will get the place…
