Comment: Only used them for one trip to Six Flags.
The trip though went great and I can not complain about them.
I arrived 30 minutes at Capu bus terminal before we were suppose leave. I used my phone to scan at desk. They gave the six flags tickets as we were being scanned in. The trip took around 3 hours.
The ride was comfortable and we did did have USB and plug-in available, above or at your feet.
Once arrival the driver told us what time to be back by. We had a few late passengers and we waited for them. We then returned to Capu bus terminal a little before 11

Comment: The driver took the wrong route almost upon reaching the destination and we lost time. Suddenly he would brake very drastically or weave between cars as if he had a small car. Lacks driving experience

Comment: The show package includes a lunch that is very beneficial when you don’t bring anything. Good service although sometimes they themselves do not know who to refer you to to clarify doubts. Although the trip is finally achieved and that is why I consider the service good.

Comment: The service on the phone was very good, but the service of the driver to go to Africa Safari was terrible, at first the driver was very bad-tempered, he did not greet you or explain what the dynamics of the trip would be, at the beginning of the tour he told us that we should be back at 5:30 p.m., after finishing the tour he told us no, that the return should be at 5:00 p.m. when the ticket says that the trip is valid until 5:45 p.m. and africam safari closes it at 6:00 p.m., well we trusted ourselves and arrived at the place at 5:29 p.m. and it turns out that the driver left, we were not the only ones, at least 5 more people who arrived at 5:15 p.m. also stayed if he returned.
I do not recommend the tourist service at all, because what’s the point of being well served if the drivers do what they want and give a terrible service, be careful if you take it to go to six flags or somewhere far away, it is preferable to look for another service or somewhere else. car so that they can fully enjoy their trip and not have the fear that the drivers will leave them, because they do have full red star authorization to leave people without any repercussions.
