Comment: We had a great time using the car ferry. We reserved the departure and arrival a week in advance online and it worked just as described online. Just make sure you arrive 1-2 hours early to secure your spot. YOU NEED TO HAVE EXCELLENT DRIVING SKILLS! The seating and lounge area was very comfortable and offered snacks at a reasonable price. Pretty solid service!

Comment: Going to cozmuel, mexico on the vehicle ferry . WHAT A JOKE. 2 hours late . NO UPDATE TO THE WEBSITE, FACEBOOK, OR EVEN WHATSAPP. Suck wasting 3.5 hours of your day trying to get to Cozmuel. Then, to sit on Cozmuel for 3.5 hours, try to get on to your return ferry at 630 to find out it’s 2 hours late as well. We tried everything we could to get an update from the ferry service.

Comment: Have a Car? A Rental perhaps? Need to get to Cozumel with that vehicle? This is the port location to do just that.
Your license plate & full name will be taken at the entrance; halfway through you get your ticket written up and pay in the little Kiosk (cash pesos or card). Then on you go!
Pay attention to the boarding times followed by arrival times. There are very limited time slots, so be prepared and arrive 20 minutes early or sooner to guarantee a spot.

Comment: my husband and I arrived on a motorcycle, we were a little late, we asked the workers when the next ferry was, we were told to eat at 04-00.00-06 at night, well, we leave back to the hotel and then arrive at the cargo ferry at 06-00 on a motorcycle, in the end, they tell us that there is only one person on the motorcycle why didn’t you say this earlier, when we were already coming together? As a result, my husband went with a motorcycle on a cargo ferry, and I went to the center with all my suitcases by taxi to wait for a passenger ferry at 8 am I do not recommend this terrible company to anyone, where the employees are not competent if you don’t need problems, then go only with a transcaribe company, it’s on the same pier, only they are good with organization and rules, because the motorcycle is designed for 2 people

Comment: They are Unorganized, rude doesn’t provide any proper directions. Can’t buy tickets online either. They just tell you to go sit in your car and wait until further notice for hours. Don’t waste your time there!!!
