Comment: Ultramar is the best out of three companies hands down. We have tried them all including new xcaret ferry. Ultramar have huge 360 ocean view outdoor seating upper deck , another outdoor seating middle deck with live entrainment and air conditioned lower deck. It’s excellent without stupid strict rules as on other ferries.

Comment: Pleasantly surprised how friendly everyone was . The ride was good and the seats comfy enough. There was a band playing on the boat and provided entertainment. Better experience with Ultramar than with their competitor Winjet.

Comment: Great service, good catamaran boat. Prefer first class tickets: more leg space, air con etc. Little bar on the boat. Tickets: about 44$ return pp fir 1st class, about 40$ standard seat (incl tourist tax). One way took about 30 mins
I would recommend yo buy your tickets at the counter, not at the machines (they never worked), and definitely not fron those “people” around the ferry entrance.

Comment: The schedule is mainly on time. The fast craft is clean with comfortable seating. The AC always blows cold when inside just like the buses in Mexico. It’s a busy route so there’s always a queue when getting on board. If you’re carrying diving gear bags, they will place them outside on the very front of the fast craft. So far, my diving gear hasn’t walked away from me yet.

Comment: Anytime you inquire about fairies to Cozumel only two fairies are usually mentioned. I had no idea this gem existed. That only is it more affordable it’s fast it’s comfortable. It’s extremely clean and luxurious. The staff is very attentive and the ticketing service is literally in and out great service, I would use this ferry hand From any other fairy going to and from Cozumel Island.
