Comment: Recently bought a used Malibu from Valley Marine from out of state. Kyle was absolutely fantastic to work with: responsive, honest, transparent, and an all around joy to work with. Buying a boat 12 hours away is no easy task, but I couldn’t have imagined it going much smoother. Our family is really happy with our purchase. Just wish we were closer so we could keep using Valley Marine for service and any future boat purchases.

Comment: Poor customer service, does not call back to keep updated.
In response to the owners comment. We called multiple times that day, left a message and no one had the decency to called us back. It wasn’t until I physically went into the store that we got an answer. So, no.. it wasn’t that the parts were delayed or you couldn’t find them. It was the fact that no one had the courtesy to call and inform us that the parts will not be in. Not to mention, when he asked you to get other parts besides the shaft, you dismissed it and gave us everything back. This had nothing to do with parts, just your customer service of lack of communication and listening.

Comment: Steve got my Crownline in within a couple days of my call during the busy summer season. The Service Team quickly solved my electrical issue (that I caused), fixed it and I’m picking up the boat in the morning in time to enjoy the remainder of the summer season. ThankYou!

Comment: Horrible customer service. We had taken our boat here twice in Sept and Nov 2023 and paid them for their work (over $2300 combined) but it is still not fixed. We’ve tried to contact their service department 3x and they failed to return our calls. Now drove 2 hours to visit them in person and no managers or service personnel are on site — Gloria is the only one behind the desk and she is no peach. This has been a terrible experience. It’s boating season and this place doesn’t care.
