Comment: There are no signs in the start of road to get to the terminal. It feels like one is driving into the forest, you just gotta take a leap of faith. And also you have to get to the terminal an hour in advance, but that’s only mentioned on ticket and it is in Finnish. It should be mentioned in bold while you are booking the ferry tickets.
It’s quite easy to miss the ferry due to this which we did despite arriving at terminal 15 minutes before departure and the gates were already closed. The staff was helpful in the situation though.
And the ferry itself was quite nice. The buffet is highly recommended.

Comment: It was easy to reach to the terminal, the signs from nearest main road to the terminal not exist, would be better if it shows the way to get to the terminal, for example the same way from Umeå to the terminal, a sigb with lable and a small figure of a ship, it was easy to check in for car drivers. Personal help to get to the car deck.
In general my experience was great.

Comment: I have been using Wasaline ferry service since its inauguration in January 2013 and must say it has grown better and better with the facilities and services on board.
For travel to Umea Sweden from Vaasa Finland it’s the fastest and most economical option.
Almost always on time has been my experience.
