Comment: Very good service. Easy online booking system. Took the ferry from Portsmouth to Isle of Wight and back. Spot on service, no holds up or queues. Smooth operation. Ferries have cafes selling drinks and snacks (card payment only). Seating inside and on the deck. Pets welcome. Toilet facilities available. Tickets are pricey however we used some of our Tesco clubcard vouchers. Definitely recommend.

Comment: Better than red funnel imo, more efficient loading. Just as unreliable as the red competition, both have ageing fleets and suffer from a lack of investment. One big niggle, is that they sometimes put motorbikes right at the back of all the lorries, which is a pain on arrival at Portsmouth.

Comment: The outbound journey was a little late leaving and not much communication what was happening but the return journey was on time leaving the IOW and got in early. So overall a very quick, seamless enjoyable experience. The ferries were clean and very well equipped. I would 100% recommend.

Comment: Had no issues at all with the service, easy on and off both sides of the journey and we’ll organised. Even managed to get 2 earlier ferries on the outbound and inbound crossings to the IOW
