Comment: It is one of two piers on the island and it looks pretty crowded. Just let everyone get off and you were be able to enjoy the view from the pier. It is quite an experience as it has a very countryside feel. A small fishing village is just on the right of it which you can explore. Standing at the pier, you can see the blade of the Lamma Wind Turbine on the right of the pier in the distance.

Comment: The pier is only the start of your adventure where there are a lot of photoworthy nooks and crannies. However up ahead is a family trail that is just enough to challenge you and ends up in another place noted for its seafood restaurants, so ku wan. Along the trail are minor trails you can explore. And many more, interesting facets. The sunset is wonderfully special. You can make your timing perfect for sunset.
